The Call A Cowboy Giveaway (“Giveaway”) begins on October 2, 2025 at 5:30pm Central Time (CT) and ends on October 2, 2025 at 8:30pm CT (the “Giveaway Period”). By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Verizon Corporate Services Group Inc. (“Sponsor”), which are binding and final in all respects.
1. ELIGIBILITY. The Giveaway is open to individuals who: (i) are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry in the Giveaway; (ii) are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia; (iii) are Verizon customers prior to the Giveaway Period; and (iv) are NOT current or former employees of Sponsor, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, authorized agents, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, suppliers, advertising agencies, promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Giveaway Entities”) and immediate family members of each such individual.
2. HOW TO ENTER. During the Giveaway Period there is one way to enter. Visit the “Call a Cowboy” phone booth and activate the tablet to initiate the process for you chance to win. In order to enter you will participate in a video chat with a cowboy, answer some Lainey Wilson trivia questions and earn your chance to win a prize (each an “Entry”). Entries must be received by 8:30:00 p.m. CT on October 2, 2025 Limit one entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official time- keeping device for the Giveaway. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries will void that entrant’s entries.
3. RANDOM DRAWING. On or about October 2 2025 one potential prize winner will be selected via random drawing, selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, from among all eligible Entries received during the Giveaway Period. Potential prize winners must meet all eligibility requirements and comply with these Official Rules to qualify for the prize. Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawing. Limit one prize per person during the Giveaway Period.
4. PRIZES / ODDS OF WINNING
Prizes. There are two tiers of prizes available for this Giveaway. The first tier is the Grand Prize and consists of horse ride from Bell Bottoms Up Bar to Bridgestone Arena for Lainey Wilson’s concert (the “Grand Prize”). Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $150. There are a maximum of 18 Grand Prizes available during the Giveaway Period.
The second tier is the Participant Prize and consists of one (1) Verizon x Lainey Wilson phone charm bracelet (the “Participant Prize”). Approximate Retail Value of the Participant Prize is $40. There are a maximum of 300 Participant Prizes available during the Giveaway Period.
Total value of all prizes is $190.
All expenses and costs not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, federal, state or local taxes on the value of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any portion of prize not used by winner is forfeited and no cash substitute will be offered or permitted. Prizes are subject to all additional terms applicable to use of the prize. Prize offered is provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee either express or implied by Sponsor. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received but in no event will more prizes be awarded than are provided for in these Official Rules.
Odds of Winning. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Giveaway Period.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCESS. This is an “instant win” Giveaway and winners will be notified at the completion of the entry mechanic. Potential winners will be required to follow prize claim instructions provided by Sponsor or Sponsor’s onsite representative and complete and return all necessary prize claim documents. Potential winners must complete and sign a Prize Acceptance & Liability Waiver before the Prize will be awarded. The Prize will be forfeited in the event that: (i) the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, including any eligibility requirements; (ii) Sponsor does not receive timely response to prize notification; or (iii) a potential winner declines the Prize offered.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual from further participation in the Giveaway if Sponsor concludes, in its sole discretion, that such person: (i) has attempted to tamper with the entry process or other operation of the Giveaway; (ii) has disregarded or has attempted to circumvent these Official Rules; (iii) has committed fraud or attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway; or (iv) has acted toward any Giveaway Entity or any other entrant in an unfair, inequitable, annoying, threatening, disrupting or harassing manner. Giveaway Entities are not responsible for printing errors in these Official Rules.
7. INDEMNIFICATION / LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release, waive and hold harmless Giveaway Entities, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, from all injuries, claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses of any kind (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) resulting from the entrants’ participation in this Giveaway, the entrants’ acceptance, use or misuse of any prize or element thereof, (including any travel related thereto), including installation of the prize elements, and any travel or event-related activity in connection with the Giveaway. Neither the failure of Sponsor to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Official Rules or the failure, delay or omission by Sponsor in exercising any right with respect to any term of these Official Rules, will be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of Sponsor’s right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance.
GOVERNING LAW. THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, USA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.
